  • After receiving the product, BelVetro reserves the right to assess the conditions and proceed to the total repayment of the sums due only if perfectly intact. The amount and timing of the reimbursement will be communicated by e-mail and credited with the same method of payment used to purchase, or by bank transfer.
  • As preview from the “Customer Code”, the right of withdrawal is excluded for personalized products or for goods made in special measure.

Anyway in case of defects or technical non-compliance , our simple proceed gives you the opportunity to give the merchandise back in a very few click.

To have the right to a complete substitute or a reimburse of the merchandise, it is necessary to take into consideration just few conditions:

  • In case of return product non-compliance of defected , the transport cost will be added to Belvetro
  • The purchased products should be perfectly whole and packing the original packaging with all eventual accessories, instructions or all inside in the original packing.

After receiving the product, Belvetro reserves itself to value the effective conditions and to proceed to reimburse the total amount, the merchandise which do not respect the conditions of “ same of new”, it will be consider as “used” and after having advise the customer, it will be send back to the customer with the transport cost added.

Request of spare parts, for components of Murano chandeliers, arrived brooked or not present in the packaging as spare parts.

In case of breaking chandeliers components which exceptionally arrive brooked it is necessary to follow the following proceed to obtain the spare parts free of charge:

  • Attached the form, all fill up and the pictures of the broken parts in the packaging (before opening the casing with broken pieces) and of the part after taking out of the packaging. In this way we understand, right away, which kind of component has to be replaced.
